08:00 AM – 09:00 AM: The case is presented by Novo Nordisk representatives
09:00 AM – 07:30 PM: Case work in teams + hand-in of the presentations at 7:30
08:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Case presentations
10:00 PM – 10:30 PM: Selection of the winners

Case 1:
INNOVATING THE SUPPLY CHAIN CASE
How can Novo Nordisk innovate its supply chain? This could focus on CO2 reduction or securing a continuous production supply chain.
Case 2:
THE EMPLOYER BRANDING CASE
Create a branding idea for how Novo Nordisk can continue attracting university students. How should they organize, retain, and attract new generations in the future?
Case 3:
THE MODERN TECHNOLOGIES CASE
In a competitive environment where new products are constantly introduced at a rapid pace, Novo Nordisk must ensure its high-tech production facilities operate around the clock. What technologies should be implemented in a modern production facility, and why?
